Ron Westmoreland is a Gulf Breeze native that comes to Bayside with nearly 12 years in the insurance claims industry. His credentials include being a property damage expert for a leading insurance company with responsibilities for managing processes, shops and adjusters. Ron and his wife Shannon have owned and operated Bayside since mid 2007.
Steve Stewart has been at Bayside for over 17 years. His wide range of skills have been obtained from years of hands on experience and many years of applying these to the insurance industry.
Ann O'Connor is an trilingual key at Bayside. Her estimate skills and customer service is second to none. She has a vast knowledge of the process through many years of managing body shops. Her technical skills were obtained while being the local head of our industries leading independent training source "ICAR".
Chuck Johnson has been at Bayside for over 23 years. The energy he brings to the shop everyday is the key to the quality and customer satisfaction results this community has celebrated for years.

Joyce has been at Bayside since the beginning. Her 20 plus years of experience is shared everyday with her peers to ensure the potentially complex insurance process is as smooth as possible.
